A full property refurbishment and remodel in Marylebone, led by an appointed interior designer. Cahill Bespoke Construction were appointed as principal contractor, with full project management responsibility carried throughout. Building control liaison, structural engineering coordination, and management of specialist subcontractors were all included within the scope.
The client commissioned a comprehensive, ground-up refurbishment of the entire building — an ambitious project spanning structural remodelling, a full strip-out and reinstatement, and a high-specification interior fit-out designed to the brief of an appointed interior designer.
The primary objectives were to reconfigure the internal layout to suit a contemporary lifestyle, improve thermal and acoustic performance throughout, introduce underfloor heating across all floors, replace all mechanical and electrical services, and deliver a finished property of the highest quality — from bespoke joinery and premium floor finishes to fully fitted bathrooms and a new window and door package.
